Anthony J. Giudice
Attorney
In athletic endeavors and in court, Anthony Giudice relishes competition and fighting through adversity. With a longtime fascination and respect for the legal field and a firm grasp of the courtroom process, he started his career in 2007 as a litigator in complex business issues. This included intentional interference with contractual relations (tortious interference), breach of contract, legal malpractice, reclaiming wrongfully taken property (replevin), conversion, foreclosures, mechanic's liens, and more. He honed his courtroom skills against numerous top-100 firms, authored pretrial motions, and took part in trials and depositions.
Following the arrival of his first child, Anthony was motivated to utilize his skills in an effort to assist people facing difficult circumstances. In 2011, that led him to concentrate his practice entirely on family law. Since then, he has largely focused on complex divorces and financial matters, business evaluations, child support, and custody.
Known for his honesty and vigorous pursuit of fair resolutions for his clients, Anthony never compromises when it comes to what is in their best interests. Whether as a family law attorney or guardian ad litem, drawing on his experience as a husband and father of two, Anthony understands the importance of every case outcome for individuals and families.
After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Anthony excelled at the John Marshall Law School. During his time there, he was chosen for the "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges" and reached the quarterfinal stage of the Dean Fred H. Herzog Moot Court Competition. He clerked for a Joliet personal injury lawyer and a Cook County commercial litigation firm and finished on the Dean's List upon graduation.
When not on the job, Anthony enjoys time with his wife, his two children and cheering on Chicago sports teams. He is also a homeowners association board member.
